Do I need to provide before & after images

The short answer is no. As long as you have a good quality after image, we can make you a video. However, depending on the nature of the image it can be more difficult and increase the cost slightly. In this case we would contact you and provide a quote, before going ahead.

If we are unable to deliver your video for any reason, we will provide a full refund.

At the moment videos are being created within 3 – 3 working days, but this can vary depending on demand. We aim to deliver within 5 working days.

Absolutely. You can either leave it to our judgement, or suggest a transition style. The actual transition will depend a number of factors, as it is unlikely that the two images will be from exactly the same spot, but we will try to make it as close as possible to your desired outcome. If we think something is unworkable, we will contact you before going ahead.

In short, yes, but it does take more steps to get a good outcome. In this scenario, you have two options.

  1. Call or email us to discuss your needs.
  2. Provide only the after image. We will be happy to create something. See question 1 above for details about providing only an after image.

Currently we are not able to cater for bulk ordering, but we are working on it right now.

Sometimes, this is possible, but we do need to see the images first. You can either send just the after image (see question 1 above), or contact us to discuss the possibility and cost.
