These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all services provided by Gleam Local SEO (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By purchasing, subscribing to, or using any of our services—including our transition video service—you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our services.

1. Services Covered

These Terms apply to all current and future services offered by Gleam Local SEO, including:

1.1 Google Business Profile Optimisation

A one-off, three-day optimisation service designed to improve your GBP visibility.

1.2 Local SEO With AI (Monthly Subscription)

An AI-powered Local SEO platform with automated content, Q&A, posting, and reporting, configured and overseen by our team.

1.3 Fully Managed Local SEO Services (from £199/month)

A hands-free management package covering weekly content, optimisation, monitoring, and ongoing support.

1.4 Transition Video Creation Service (New)

A digital service that produces short before/after transition videos using images supplied by the customer.
Options include 4–5 second and 7–10 second videos.
This service may use AI-assisted tools and varies depending on the images provided.

1.5 Future Services

Any future add-ons or upgrades (e.g., citations, review tools, media creation, or new digital products) are also governed by these Terms unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. Payments & Billing

2.1 One-Off GBP Optimisation

Payment (£50) must be made in full and in advance via Stripe.
Work begins after we receive the required access and onboarding information.

2.2 Local SEO With AI (Monthly)

Payments are taken monthly in advance via Stripe.
No payment is taken until after your free audit and confirmation of suitability.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled (see Section 7).

2.3 Fully Managed Local SEO

Monthly payments begin from £199/month and are processed via Stripe.

2.4 Transition Video Service

Payment is due in full at checkout.
If additional work or complexity is required, we may provide a revised quote before proceeding.
Refunds are outlined in Section 6.

2.5 General Billing Authorisation

By using our services, you authorise us (and our payment processor, Stripe) to charge your chosen payment method at the agreed intervals until cancellation.

3. Client Responsibilities

To allow us to deliver services effectively, you agree to:

• Provide timely access to your Google Business Profile (where required)

• Supply accurate business information and 8–10 suitable images (for SEO content)

• Provide suitable, good-quality images for transition videos

• Review and approve content when requested

• Comply with Google’s policies and maintain your accounts in good standing

• Respond to reasonable requests for information

Failure to provide required access or information within 14 days may result in service cancellation without refund (see Section 6).

4. Service Delivery

4.1 GBP Optimisation

Delivered over approximately three working days once access is confirmed.
Includes full profile tune-up, description rewrite, services optimisation, Q&A, five posts, and attribute checks.

4.2 Local SEO With AI

Includes AI-assisted content, Q&A, short-form video, automated posting, reporting, and human oversight.
Monthly reporting is provided.

4.3 Fully Managed Local SEO

Includes weekly content, review support, image updates, optimisation, and continuous monitoring, along with monthly reports.

4.4 Transition Video Service

• Created using user-supplied images

• AI tools may be used to generate transitions

• Videos are typically produced within 3–5 working days, but this varies

• No specific transition style is guaranteed

If we are unable to deliver your video for any reason, you will receive a full refund.

5. User Content (Images & Media) for Video Service

5.1 Licence to Use

By uploading images, you confirm that you own them or have full rights to use them.
You grant us permission to:

• store, process, and transform your images

• back up and temporarily retain them

• create derivative works (the transition video)

5.2 Prohibited Content

You must not upload:

• Nudity or sexual content

• Copyrighted images you do not own

• Graphic violence

• Offensive or abusive content

• Images of minors without parental consent

We may refuse or cancel orders that breach these rules.

5.3 Our Rights to Use Completed Videos

You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to:

• display your completed video

• use your before/after images

• show your project outcome

…for portfolio, promotional, or marketing purposes.
You may request removal at any time.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

6.1 GBP Optimisation

Refunds are only available before work has begun.
Once optimisation starts, no refund is given.

6.2 Local SEO With AI / Fully Managed Plans

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time via Stripe or in writing.
Service continues until the end of the current billing period.
No partial refunds are provided.

6.3 Transition Video Service

Refunds are available only if:

• we cannot produce the video, or

• we decline your order.

Refunds are not available if:

• the video differs from the transition style you had in mind

• AI produces variations or artefacts

• the result reflects limitations of the images you provided

• you change your mind after work begins

Because this is a custom digital product, dissatisfaction with creative style does not qualify for a refund.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your service if you:

• fail to make payment

• breach these Terms

• prevent us from delivering the service

• violate Google’s policies (for SEO services)

You may cancel at any time in line with Section 6.

Upon termination, access to dashboards, tools, and reporting will end at the close of the paid period.

8. Storage of Content & Account Access

8.1 Transition Video Files

• Completed videos remain available for 12 months via your members download page

• Images may be deleted at any time after project completion

• Videos may be deleted after 12 months

• You are responsible for downloading your video within the access period

8.2 SEO Service Files

We retain order information per UK GDPR requirements.

8.3 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All templates, systems, scripts, and processes remain the intellectual property of Gleam Local SEO.

You retain ownership of:

• your Google Business Profile

• any business data you provide

• all completed transition videos

• any content created specifically for your business

However:

• AI-generated content for SEO services is licensed for your business use only

• such content must not be resold or redistributed without our written permission

10. Privacy & Data Protection

We comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).
Personal data is used solely for onboarding, service delivery, billing, reporting, and account management.

11. Results & Limitations

Local SEO Services

We do not guarantee:

• first-page rankings

• call volumes

• revenue increases

• specific visibility outcomes

SEO depends on many external factors outside our control.

Transition Videos

We do not guarantee:

• a specific transition style

• that AI output will match a user’s conceptual request

• that artefacts or variations will not appear

All services are delivered with reasonable care and skill.

12. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service or billing period

• We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses

• We are not responsible for loss of access to video files after the 12-month period

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

13. Free Audits & Reports

All audits, predictions, and reports are provided for informational purposes only and do not guarantee specific results.

We may decline onboarding if the expected outcome is unlikely to be commercially beneficial.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Disputes will be handled exclusively by the courts of England and Wales.
