These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all services provided by Gleam Local SEO (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing, subscribing to, or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms in full. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Services Covered

These Terms apply to the following services currently offered by Gleam Local SEO:

1. Google Business Profile Optimisation (£50 one-off) – a three-day optimisation and tune-up service designed to improve your Google Business Profile visibility and performance.

2. Local SEO With AI (monthly subscription) – an AI-powered Local SEO platform configured, monitored, and supported by our team. This includes automated content creation, posting, Q&A generation, and progress reporting.

3. Fully Managed Local SEO Services (from £199/month) – a hands-free Local SEO management plan providing ongoing optimisation, weekly content creation, and full account oversight.

Any future or add-on services (for example, citation management, review tools, or website integration) will also be governed by these Terms unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Payments & Billing

• Google Business Profile Optimisation:
  Payment of £50 is required in full and in advance through Stripe or another approved payment processor. Work begins once we receive all required access and onboarding materials.

• Local SEO With AI:
  Subscription payments are made monthly in advance via Stripe. No payment is taken until after your free audit and confirmation that your business is suitable for onboarding. Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled (see Section 7).

• Fully Managed Local SEO Services:
  Payments start from £199 per month, typically £199–£225 for most local businesses, and are paid monthly in advance via Stripe subscription.

You authorise Gleam Local SEO or its payment processor to charge your chosen payment method automatically at the agreed intervals until you cancel.

3. Client Responsibilities

To allow us to deliver your service effectively, you agree to:

• Provide access to your Google Business Profile (GBP) within seven days of purchase or onboarding.

• Supply accurate business details and 8–10 suitable images for use in your optimisation and posts.

• Review and approve any content that requires confirmation (recommended weekly for AI and Managed plans).

• Maintain your Google Account and GBP in good standing and comply with Google’s policies.

• Respond to reasonable requests for additional materials, such as updated photos or seasonal promotions.

If you fail to provide necessary access or information within 14 days, we may close your order without refund (see Section 5).

4. Service Delivery

(a) Google Business Profile Optimisation

This one-off service is carried out over approximately three working days once access is confirmed. It includes rewriting your business description, optimising services, checking attributes and service areas, adding Q&A, publishing up to five posts, and performing an overall profile tune-up.

(b) Local SEO With AI

Our AI-powered SEO assistant automates posting, Q&A creation, short-form video content, and reporting for your Google Business Profile. We complete the setup, configure your campaign, and provide ongoing support and human oversight.
You’ll receive monthly reports and can review or approve generated content before publication.

(c) Fully Managed Local SEO

Our team handles every aspect of your Google Business Profile optimisation, including weekly content publishing, image updates, review support, and continuous performance monitoring.
You’ll receive monthly reports and ongoing guidance to ensure your GBP, website, and wider online presence all work together to drive results.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

• Google Business Profile Optimisation:
  Refunds can only be issued before work begins. Once optimisation has started, no refund will be given.

• Local SEO With AI and Fully Managed Plans:
  Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your Stripe account or by notifying us in writing.
  Service continues until the end of the paid billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.

If we are unable to deliver the agreed service due to missing access, account suspension, or other factors beyond our control, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

6. Results & Limitations

All services are delivered with reasonable care and skill, but no specific outcomes—such as first-page rankings, call volumes, or revenue growth—can be guaranteed.

Search results and local visibility depend on multiple factors outside our control, including competitor activity, customer reviews, market conditions, and Google’s own algorithms.

Our services are provided on a best-efforts basis.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your service immediately if you:

• Fail to make payment,

• Breach these Terms, or

• Engage in conduct that prevents us from delivering services effectively or breaches Google’s policies.

You may cancel at any time under the rules set out in Section 5.
Upon termination, all related access (dashboards, AI tools, and reporting systems) will be revoked at the end of the paid period.

8. Intellectual Property

• All systems, templates, copy, and processes remain the intellectual property of Gleam Local SEO.

• You retain ownership of your Google Business Profile, business data, and any content created specifically for your business.

• AI-generated and written materials provided for your account are licensed for your commercial use only and must not be resold or redistributed without our written consent.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

We comply fully with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).
Personal data is collected and processed solely for the purpose of onboarding, service delivery, and performance reporting.

By using our services, you consent to our handling of your data as outlined in that policy.

10. Liability

• Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid for the service or billing period in question.

• We accept no responsibility for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profit, goodwill, or opportunity.

• Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud resulting from negligence.

11. Free Audits & Reports

Free audits, reports, and forecasts are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute binding advice or a guarantee of specific outcomes.

We reserve the right to decline onboarding if we determine that a campaign is unlikely to be commercially viable or deliver meaningful results for your business.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
